Shipments outside U.S.A: Small items by Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise requested. JDMC offers a CHOICE of methods with expected delivery times for in stock items. PLEASE SPECIFY: There ARE 3 choices: _Global Priority: 7-14 days, trackable with tracking number i.e. Cost for Priority up to 1 pound to UK = $25.00 _International First Class: not trackable, 21-27 days i.e Cost for up to 1 pound to UK = $12.95 _UPS Expedited: trackable, 7-10 days i.e Costs for up to 1 pound to UK = $60.00 (NOTE: JDMC cannot guarantee the delivery times above.) Cases, Instruments and Large items: by UPS or Fed Ex Air. PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT select FEDEX 2-DAY. If you want it in two days, it's got to be UPS and with ACTUAL cost. We charge the actual shipping cost over the minimum (including insurance). Minimum Order must be for $30.00+ CANADA Miminum Shipping: $12.95 Minimum Order: $30.00+ Small items are shipped by postal service; Instruments & large items shipped by UPS ground: approximately $40.00 or UPS Air: approximately $100. Credit Card Orders: a credit or debit may appear on your statement when package is shipped, if a difference occurs. All Returns Require: 1 . A "JDMC" Return Authorization number from JD Music Customer Service. 2. A copy of the invoice included with the authorized return. 3. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days. 4. All returns must be in new, resellable condition with all original packaging. 5. No returns accepted for banjo heads which have been installed. 6. No returns accepted for DVDs, Books, Videos or CDs unless defective. These will be replaced with the same title only. Software IS NOT returnable once opened or installed. PLEASE NOTE: Restocking fee: Returns within 3 days: 3%, after 3 days up to 30 days, 10%; 30-60 days: 15%. This is due to the time spent and paperwork involved. *Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned merchandise. *Should there be any exception, i.e. where we cannot replace an item which is defective, only the standard ship charge will be refunded. (i.e. Fed Ex additionals will not be refunded). *Additional fees may be charged if the item has been altered or damaged. *Any "promo" items included at no charge must also be returned with the original item. If they are not returned, our regular advertised price for those items will be deducted from the refund. If an item is out of stock there may be a slight delay. We will backorder out of stock items at no extra shipping charge to you. We pay any additional costs for shipping backorders.
