I wanted to thank you for working with me on the Calton Case. Michael was a
great help in calling me and setting up the exchange with the Gibson case
when I bought the RB-3. I got the Calton last week and am shipping the
Gibson case back this morning.
Let me say how much I like the Calton case. Wow what a case!! I put the
Custom RB-75 in it and it fits like a glove. This is one awesome case. I
wish I had one for all my banjos!! I felt like a professional just carrying
it around!!

Just got my new Calton case for my Stelling banjo. Got it earlier than expected which was great. It came in prestine condition too. It fits like a glove. Now when I travel via the airlines I have little or no fear that my banjo will be protected. Again you guys are the greatest, which is why

Greetings, This Calton case arrived yesterday; thanks for shipping it so promptly. As it turns out, the "light gray" exterior is lighter than I thought it would be - like the granite color without the "rock" pattern.... and exactly what I wanted - something that will not absorb too much heat if left sitting in the sun. If I had custom ordered one it would have been white, reflective silver, granite, etc. And, as expected, the interior fit is perfect (nice crushed velour too). Now I can send my D-35 through airline baggage and actually expect to get it back intact. Thanks again, Ken K.
I recently acquired a Nechville American Vintage banjo when Tom was at Wintergrass. After some considerable thought, I decided I should get a Calton to offer it as much protection as possible, though it was far more than I had ever spent on a case before.
I ordered one from you folks, and it arrived yesterday. I could not be more pleased with it. Your customer service people were very helpful, and it arrived right on schedule. It was well packed, and in pristine condition when it got here. The case fits my new five string perfectly, and now I'm ready for a road trip.
Thank you once again for being there for banjo players. I don't know what we'd do without you.

I received last week the dark grey/burgundy-wine case I ordered through
JDMC for my Martin D-28 and, as Al predicted, it fits like a glove. Al, you
guys make a fabulous product. And Jim, you, Mike and Derek were a pleasure
to work with at every stage. Thank you both for making this so easy.
