FISHMAN PICKUPS
Finally, a pickup that captures and reproduces the unique tonal
character of your resophonic guitar.
This simple and unobtrusive pickup (the size and shape of a small
washer) captures that funky, throaty signature resophonic tone with
unprecedented accuracy and resistance to feedback.
Fishman ACTIVE Pickup for Dobro NEW!!!
The Fishman "Active" Pickup includes the same features as the "Passive"
Pickup but also includes preamp to help boost the signal.
Hidden in the pickup's housing is a stealthy preamplifier with battery,
which strengthens the signal and preserves the natural sound of the
instrument
Fastens to the center of the cone in both "spider" and "biscuit" style bridges. Includes an
impedance matching endpin preamp for absolutely accurate sound into any instrument amplifier,
direct box or mixing console. Requires onboard 9V battery.

Reproduces excellent resophonic tone quality - attaches to
the cone screw of spider bridge or biscuit bridge.
The endpin jack is 1/4". No batteries required. (Takes time and patience to install, but once
installed, this is an excellent quality pick-up).

If you don't want to drill or have difficult installations, AND if you want to retain the tone quality from your instrument, this is a recommended pick-up! Excellent for fiddle, guitar, mandolin and banjo & other acoustics. We've tried it & it's great!
