Forgot to get in touch with you. The Gold Tone arrived a couple of weeks ago, it is great, I love it. Tone is full and rather like a bell. It is loud - and heavy!

Hi Janet, Re:Gold Tone Maple Classic DELUXE banjo kit with the
bell brass tone ring and 5-star tuning pegs....
That marvolous kit that you sold me is finished and I'm playing it.
I call it the the 2004 RWI ( Robert Wayne Irwin) and beside it is my
1925 Ludwig Plectrum Banjo, which I have over 40 years playing on.
The brass bell tone ring and the Schaller excentric tuners are
awesome as is the Banjo it'self. I have had several Bluegrass friends
that have asked about it so I've takewn the Liberty of telling them to
contact Derek as I believe that you have your plate full. Are open for a
suggestion from an old banjo teacher. it is this.
If you could take the lessons from your instructional/teaching books
and put them on the TEFView as well as the cd I believe that would be
just about tops .
I personaly find the TeFView excellent as I can slow down the music
that I am practicing and slowly increase the tempo as required.

I wrote a couple of weeks back thanking you for the great service in getting me a Vega Little Wonder. (I'm the photographer that lost one of my Deerings and all of my photographic equipment)
My wife ordered a Gold Tone MC150 kit for my birthday and I spent all weekend finishing it an putting it together. I do have some experience in setting up banjos and the final tuning process was finised in a couple hours. It has a sweet low action and an bright and mellow tone.
Many thanks once again for representing such great companies as Deering and Gold Tone.
I will try to send you an MP3 in the not too distant future of this great little banjo.

Received the two Gold Tone tenors today and I am very pleased. Thank
you! They have been tuned up and checked out, inside and out. They are set
up well and are a good match. I can't tell any difference in playing one or the other, which is great. I imagine someone ordering a pair made the set ups a bit
more tedious. And, the look gorgeous. Gold Tone does make a lot of banjo for the buck.
I was expecting the flat-top Gold Tone logo cases. The TKL archtops were a nice surprise!! I have two old tenors in the exact same case, so two more won't be any problem. Your packing was excellent. I have had my share of shipping damage nightmares, and am very grateful these came through okay.

It's sounds great. It has a nice crisp, clear and ringing sound. You gave
me great advice in selecting my first banjo. Of all the banjo dealers I
spoke with before my purchase, you were the most knowledgeable and honest.
Your You Can Teach Yourself Banjo video is great. Within 15 minutes after
opening my new banjo case for the first time, I was picking out Bile Dem

Dear Janet, I received my Gold Tone CC-100 today and it did have an upgraded neck (with snowflake inlays) at no extra charge. Works for me. I've got to tell you that I've set up literally thousands of instruments and usually can't wait to get home to do at least some little thing to make an instrument that I've just bought play right (file a nut, adjust a truss rod or whatever). Not with this. It came set up perfectly. Beautiful! This is the place to look first before going any place else to buy an instrument. I'm very happy with everything.Thanks, Dave C
Janet, the OB250 is great. Thanks for the set-up. I'm like a kid in a toy store, I hardly put it down yesterday after receiving it.
I even recorded a commercial with it. The sound is so much richer and playing it makes me feel like ......"Earl"!
Thanks for putting in the spikes and setting up this great banjo. Plus, getting it to me so quick and all.

Hey,
I just received the BG-250F banjo I ordered from you guys today. I
traded in a Deering Sierra about six months ago for exchange credit towards a
Deering Crossfire electric banjo, but missed having an acoustic. Considering
the price, I was'nt expecting much of a banjo, but it was all I could afford
right now. However, I love the banjo I got from you. It has a better sound
than the Deering Sierra I used to have and was about a third the price. I
stayed up untill 2 AM last night jamming with it. Keep up the good work!
