The RD-40 is a brand new resophonic guitar from Regal. Everything, from the inside out, has been upgraded from the older RD-45 model to meet the demands of professional players. The features have been based upon the 1930's Regal built in California.

RD-40 Features include:
• Mahogany back, sides & neck
• 1930's style body, with "power reflex" sound chamger for increased volume & tone
• Ivoroid binding
• Original peghead inla in abaloneand m.o. pearl
• Sealed die-cast tuners with 15:1 gear ration
• Chrome plated hardware
• Completely shop adjusted
